I am writing this letter in order to obtain tuition reimbursement from the Graduate Tuition Reimbursement Program. I am pursuing a Master of Arts in Health Care Administration at Ashford University. I personally believe that constantly continuing one’s education is the best possible way to continue contributing to personal success, and by that degree the success of his or her employer.

To that effect, I currently possess two degrees: an Associate’s Degree in Business Management and Supervision, and a Bachelor of Arts in Social and Criminal Justice. With the addition of the Hospitaller Pavilion, there will be an ever greater need for capable and well-educated individuals to lead the way to even greater heights of success. While I already possess multiple degrees, I feel the best way to ensure the growing success of Palos Community Hospital is to lead by example, and become part of the elite management staff at our hospital. Pursuing this degree is undoubtedly beneficial to the continuing success of the hospital, as it would ensure that a well-educated employee with an unflinching work ethic and dedication to his job would be in a position to lead. No matter the managerial position or department, I am uniquely qualified to bring any department to new pinnacles of success.

I am already an extremely efficient and capable worker who puts masterful job completion above all else; I am proficient in every area of my field, and am tireless in ensuring that never changes. My drive to constantly be the best among my peers ensures that I will never falter in my service to the hospital or myself. I served in the Marine Corps for four years, and it has taught me the meaning of leadership and unmitigated discipline. When these qualities are mixed with a ceaseless motivation to be the absolute best, the result is a leader that benefits his superiors, his peers, and his employees.
