Loan System

The system is capable of applying for a loan via the internet, given that the applicant is distant from any Paglaum Multi-Purpose Cooperative Branch. The loan filing is limited to individual loan transaction, and will not be available to loan by group. The applicant is only required to be a member of the cooperative since they will be using their member ID to register online. The system will be designed to be user friendly in order to help the less English proficient applicants. The system will also provide modules to substitute the actual seminar required to in the loan process. The modules will be composed of slides that will display the cooperative’s rules and terms of agreement for the loan. After undergone the orientation then be directed to a series of forms to be filled. They are the applicant information form, statement of co-maker, and promissory note different types of loan has additional forms to be filled. There will be fields in the form that are required to be filled and the fields are labeled in Bisayan or English. After completion and submission, the applicants work is done and will be subjected to wait for the CIBI to commence. Since a proper document is needed to process the transaction. Prior notice will be receive in the account if there will be irregularities in the application; the applicant is required to check regularly. Upon receiving an approval or disapproval any transactions after application is handled in the Paglaum Muti-Purpose Cooperative branch. There is a need to validate the information submitted from the Statement of Co-Maker, upon the disbursement the Co-Maker’s attendance is needed at the PMPC office to formally affix their signature
