Sir,

After researching web conferencing software for the weekly status meetings, I have chosen 4 software packages that are eligible for further review. A detailed review of the following will be presented: Adobe Connect, Cisco WebEx Meeting Center, and Citrix GoToMeeting.

Based on research and cost, I believe that Adobe Connect is the best choice to support our needs. It has the lowest cost out of the three reviewed and offers more than the other 2. There will be no meeting size constraints because of the amount of licensees that come with the software package. I can see this becoming an issue with the other choices because of the limited amount of users. On a further note, Adobe Connect offers cross platform access on desktop and mobile devices. Essentially this software can be used on any operating system and any mobile device with a data plan.
