LESSON FOR LUKE 19:28-40

In this lesson we witness Jesus preparing to make a trip to receive His crown from His Father, His crown being the kingdom of heaven. Because He is absolutely certain that He will receive this crown, He also celebrates His reward because He has been faithful and obedience to His Father’s will. In this lesson we will see that Jesus as He is preparing to receive His crown, He makes it very clear to His disciples as well as to the Pharisees that He is the King, the way He enters Jerusalem, the way He announces His arrival and the way He acknowledge His royalty.

Revelation 1:8

The Lord God says, “I am Alpha and Omega,[c] the one who is and was and is coming. I am God All-Powerful!” Alpha and Omega the first and last letter of the Hebrew alphabet. He is Eternity to Eternity, no beginning, no ending, the beginning and the end, the beginning of life and the end of life, the first and the last, the first begotten son, and the last begotten son. The one who is king, the one who was king and the one who is coming back as king.
