As the result of the merger, I had hired five new employees to work in the sales department. Each employee has been given a sale position and I had discussed with them the requirement involving the sales positions. The type of appraisal system that I designed for employees for just evaluation purpose is job performance evaluation form. I creating a compensation plan to be reviewed and approved by the human resource manager. Within this proposal, I will describe the new compensation plan that I will provide for the sales team. This compensation plan give detail information explaining the pay system will work, describe three components of the total rewards packages that would motivate employees to reach peak performance, and give detail information on why the sales team compensation plan’s benefit to the individual as well as the company.

A new compensation plan for employment team

The compensation plan will include financial and non financial award. The salaries for the sales positions are base in the duties that employees must do. I had hired three outside sales representatives and their starting salaries will be 37,000 per year. I hired a sales manager, named Tom Gonzalez, and he will make 48,000 per year. However the vice-president of sales will make 58,000 per year. The sales team has the opportunity to get the team bonus pay system quarterly, but they will have to meet sales goals. The sales team will have the opportunity to get a 4% increase in their salaries if the sales team reaches the company’s sales goal. Every employee is given healthcare benefits, life insurance, and disability insurance, social security, paid vacations, and paid holidays, and tuition reimbursement. Each year each employee is provided with a paid vacation but each employee must maintain working for forty hours per week each year.
