Communication

I would first like to start by saying that there are many ways in which we can use our multiple pathways to learning and personality spectrum to help with communication. We as individuals have unique ways of learning the same information; we all often have similar ways to communicate.

I will list 3 different types of learning styles, there are more but for this paper we will concentrate of these three. They are logical-mathematical, spatial, and musical. These are all different types of learning characteristics that any individual can fall into. There is no right or wrong in a learning style.

I think the best way to communicate and to collaborate amongst these three types of learning styles would be to choose the best way that each person learns that falls into each of those categories and use a middle ground to communicate and collaborate with each of them. It would be hard to cater to all of the individual types, so you would have to choose a middle or medium that would complement them all and so they all could still learn from the communication.

The reason I say that you can’t teach or communicate to each type of learning is that it would be too hard to write out or communicate to all different types, and that is why you would have to find a middle ground as to where they can all learn or communicate from what is being said.

We also have different types of personalities, these also help in determining who we are and why we do the things we do. Three of these personality types are: extroversion, thinking, judgment. There are more and with the others they can make up sixteen different personality types. These personality types help describe who we are and how we react to many different things. They have been used as a way to determine the type of job or career that we should try to do.

Trying to communicate with all of those types individually would not be an easy task. So in order to be able to communicate with them all you would want to do it...
