1. Project Scope: Change in the Testing World of Project Management

2. Decompose the Project Scope into major supporting deliverables:

(1) Use a System Model and analyze the impacts of the change involved for the following departments: Sales and Marketing, Customer Service, human resources, Order Management and Billing, Network Maintenance and Security, and Operations. (2) Rank the three top departments considering impact and criticality: Network Maintenance and Security, Sales and Marketing, and Order Management and Billing. (3) Identify the change strategies that identify motivation and resistance levels for each group. (4) Use the measurability, relevance, and accuracy of two lead indicators for each department, measure the effectiveness of the implemented change strategies. The lead indicators determined whether a specific change strategy needed to be modified.
