Executive summary

The entity will be selling food and beverages but mostly contributing is alcohol and beverages. The organisation does not manufacture, this means we will be providing manufactured products. The way we provide the products is how we aim at getting a better share of the market (the services).

Waiter/waitresses will be in place to serve customers(at the second floor) and ensure the satisfaction of customers throughout their stay, the interior design is designed to meet customer expectations(in a way this contributes to customer satisfaction), we also looked at the consumer behaviour which lead us to deciding to sell beers in all sizes because most developed entities like this one(competitors) only provide 440ml therefore our target market likes a bigger sized beer especially if they are sharing.

As a caring and a responsible organisation we will engage in educative and socially responsible programmes to (our market) the public on how to use the product carefully or responsible. And we will also have the campaign of reducing the alcohol incidents. All of these factors will contribute to the profitability of the entity. That is why we find this venture viable.

Our short term goal is to be recognise and establishing and sustaining good reputation with our stakeholders as well as creating jobs for the citizens. Medium term goal is setting standards in improving employee’s skills and development. We will also share our knowledge with the interested citizens of the community.
