Subject: Proposal For a training program in the Area of Logistics.

I am presenting a proposal for a training program in the area of ​​logistics, which intends, through various educational activities, workshops and training, skills development seek to promote the daily work. It also seeks to meet the needs of natural human progress, thereby becomes a resource of worker motivation. This aims for half of human fulfillment and promotes the maintenance of a suitable and motivated workforce.

The training will be in our facilities, with a maximum of 1 hour daily for 3 weeks, in groups of 8 people per shift, in this hour shall not be presented against time because we will divide into groups, and coordinate with the manager of traffic that at that hour not schedule any truck, that is the other 10 people are working at the turn normally.

Those responsible for this training will be shift supervisors and a week before start training the workers, I will meet with them to define, train and plan how we will carry out this plan. My work will also provide all didactic material; coordinate each day, presentation and implementation of this training plan.
