Protection Acts

Privacy Acts vetoed into law are required to privacy protection that secure the protection of individuals information stored, shared, manipulated data, or even video data. With the rise of ethical issues of information technology the ethical solution to the issues and problems of each act in details and disclosures are pursed to the full extent of the law. Ethical issues are new computer technology for gathering, storing, manipulating, or communicating data is evolving the use and spread of information. Each of these acts has ethical reasoning’s in why they are privacy protection acts and why they were allocated. Video Privacy protection Act, 1988 passed a bill that there has to be suitable documentation to get specific information from a company. Anyone just cannot ask for private information and obtain it. The Children’s Internet Protection Act, 2000 protect the student when the students are surfing the Internet when using government or school computers. The Children Internet Protection Act protects children (minors or adults) from pornographic or unwanted material. There is more ethical issue to arise as information technology comes full circle.

The creation of Video privacy Protection Act, 1988 was necessary in the advancement of information technology that resulted in new ethical issues. The video privacy Protection Act protects information of data, records, videos, and other visuals means of information.
