Executive summary

In this assignment, we are going to introduce world’s largest non-alcoholic Coca-Cola Company. Firstly we will talk about introduction to international business and how deep we understand international business. After then, we will describe Coca-Cola Company background and its origin country. During this stage, we will introduce founded of Coca-Cola, Coca-Cola products and company vision and mission. As we know Coca-Cola is a global company, there have penetrated into many countries. Usual entry mode that used by Coca-Cola are wholly foreign owned enterprises, alliances, and joint venture. In term of culture the Coca-Cola Company will use the different culture to the different country which is the different design of logo in the different country, packaging, advertising and labeling languages. The ethic they the Coca-Cola Company use like label the ingredient on the package, the safety of product and consumer toll-free line. The corporate social responsibility (CSR) of Coca-Cola Company is to help to cleaning the Yangtze (chang jiang) rival in China. Coca-Cola foundation gave total RM1.53 million to Malaysia during the second quarter of this year. The funds would be used for water stewardship.

Performance of trade and investment activities by firm across national borders. Companies that conduct value-adding activities on a global scale in term of organize, source, manufacture, market, etc. All value-adding activities including sourcing, manufacturing, and marketing can be performed in international locations. Firm’s international expansion is made more compelling and easier due to market and product globalization for firms. Firms internaturalize can through exporting, foreign direct investment, licensing, franchising and collaborative ventures.
