Unit 306 Work with other people in a business environment

1.1 My organisation works based on integrity, teamwork safety and innovation. We consider the values, beliefs, attitudes, and behaviours shared by everyone. It works for both its customers and staff.

1.2 My organisations mission is:

1.3 My organisation is Logistics Company. We work together closely with many other organisations such as vehicle suppliers and government organisations such as the DVLA, we take into consideration the values, ethics and beliefs of employees and customers.

1.4 My main responsibilities as an automotive administrator are to facilitate smooth running of the various admin procedures in the office. Besides this, I also manage certain departmental admin duties by helping my team leader and automotive managers. I deal with the processing of purchase orders for the entire automotive department, thereby avoiding any late payments or overdue accounts. I prepare, present and distribute reports, which facilitates the business support and finance teams to carry out their duties. I also help my team and my manager with other admin duties and mailing, archiving, filing, data management, arranging and minute taking at meetings etc, which help with the smooth running of the team.
