1. Strategy

My company is named: PETS PARADISE. This is a company which works for the pets dressing and take photos service. It belongs to sole trader. In this company, we deal with everything. The whole process includes: pets make-up; pets dressing; selection of place; photography. The company was formed in January of 2013 and is located in Shanghai, China. The innovation of our company is: we not only provide the normal take pictures service but also afford the wedding dress, place and take photos to let the owners memorize if the two pets are couple. Our aims are: during the first three years to make our organization become the most popular pets shop in China. Our objectives are to achieve: first, make our brand familiar in China; next earn profit of ￥200,000 in the first year; and a gross profit margin of 40 percent next year.

Strengths:

1. Our company do all process, customer do not need to worry about anything.

2. Our company use high quality equipment such as HD camera; Videocon to make sure the photos are clear and beautiful.

3. We have trained staff. All our employee need to train some time to know all necessary knowledge about pets, so they can take care of pets and know the needs of the pets.

Weaknesses:

1. Because of using lots of high cost equipment, that leads to our cost increase a lot.

2. Most of the pets are difficult to control when they take pictures.

Opportunities:

1. In China there aren’t many companies doing this, so we have lack of competitors.

2. People love fashion. In recent years, people not only want to look fashionable, but also want their pets to look fashionable.

Threats:

1. Although there isn’t a completely equipped pets photo studio, there still are some shops doing dressing or fashion design.
