Case Study 11.2 – Visiting Angels

1. Do you think that Hill’s method of screening potential employees has been a positive effect on her relationship with them?

Yes, I feel that Hill’s method of screening potential employees does have a positive effect on her relationship with them. One of the things she says that she does after screening them is to make sure that the individual has a “heart for serving”.
