Majority every company in the United States and practically all over the world are broken up into different departments. Some companies have several departments and some may have a handful, but every company will always have an accounting, human resources in combination with management and marketing. It is in the company’s best interest to have a possibly the best information systems and software applications for each department. After researching and careful consideration, the chosen software’s are the following - Integrated Office Accounting for accounting and finance, APD software for Human resources in conjunction with management, and finally Data mining tools for marketing.

For the first department accounting and finance which usually in every company are combined into one department. One of the major application systems for accounting department is Integrated Office Accounting, which has automated the accounting process in today's organizations.  It includes accounting functions such as accounts payable, payroll, accounts receivable and trial balance. Basically, all accounting related tasks that were previously done using manual methods are now automated with the help of Integrated Office Accounting. Integrated Office Accounting system can help also help in decision making by producing management information system reports with ease, efficiency and accuracy.

Second department software system would be for Human Resources (HR). This department is the most crucial due to all the information for all employees and applicants. The HR department handles different functions such as recruitment, training, payroll, benefits, etc. ADP will allow the HR department to maintain different routine functions such as payroll, benefits, training, etc. with ease....
