As shown in the table, there is a big gap in communication between Hatley coming from U.S. and South Koreans.
2. As shown in the table, from the 1st question. There are a big and a large gap in communication between the two parties, this represent that it is difficult to resolve that problem, but in the other hand, every problem has solutions that can attenuate or minimize the unsatisfied effects if exists.
3. Hatley must proceed, because communication problems can be solved by:
1) First, she must listen to the people involved or who have caused the communication problem. In which, doing that allows her to uncover the depth, nature and roots of the communication problem for that particular group of people.
2) Put negotiator and translator. This third party may be able to solve the problem more because when communication problems crop up, the group involved may choose to clam up or accuse somebody rather than solving it.
3) It is important for the leader to have great communication skills so that communication problems can be resolved. Communication skills are required to determine communication problems, and provide the necessary solutions. Leaders who lack communication skills can benefit from more training in...
