Sandwich Blitz, Inc. S.W.O.T Analysis

Sandwich Blitz, Inc. is the opened the door for a new niche product. There currently are not any healthy sandwich shops and beverage shops in the area where their stores are located. The owners of the company are equally invested in the business. Dalman, CEO, has a strong middle level management background. This allows him the knowledge of translating the company’s strategic plans into tactical plans. Lei, the CFO brings an accounting background giving her the ability to focus on the financial side of the company. The company has a strong management philosophy. The company has a stable source of financials along with a positive financial condition. All of the employees are trained at the training center. Customer service issues are dealt with on the customer associates level. A few of the important products have been privately branded and owned by the company.

The company is unable to expand due to the current operations problems and issues. The company has the same number of employees for all of its stores. The owners of the companies can’t focus on the production of the items they privately branded because they are too involved in the operations in the stores. This could cause a shortage of these products preventing them from making all of their products. They are the first in the market making them have insufficient information to know the consequences of different actions. They are operating at a high risk level because there is no certainty of how the new market will take off. They also have a lack of structure because they have no automatic procedures to follow.

The company currently has the opportunity to expand the number of stores it has because of the lack of competition and the growing awareness of things put in non-organic items making the community want for organic items high.
