The following information will show how important the business mission, vision, and values are in determining the daycare’s strategic direction. Details will be provided for the Lewis Educational Daycare Center’s services, products, and customers by developing a mission statement. The visions for this daycare will show or demonstrate future developed decisions. Following information will define the values or principles for the daycares social responsibility, cultures, and ethics. The information will also address or described the consumers’ needs and how the daycare would achieve a competitive advantage.

Lewis Educational Daycare Center is a facility located in a small town called Pineville, Kentucky. This particular facility focuses mainly on providing the parents and children with a top notch daycare. The daycare will provide educational classes for school age children who need special attention in a specific subject. Lewis’s Educational Daycare Center will provide early development is a service that would be provided to a child from one year of age to 12. This facility will take into consideration each child or parent’s cultural and belief.

Business, Products, and Customers: Mission Statement

Lewis’s Educational Daycare Center is located in Pineville, Kentucky, on Main Street. The childcare service is available to children and parents in the surrounding counties. Lewis’s Daycare Center is designated to provide a service to every child’s ethical background, religion, and cultures. Deborah Lewis is the sole proprietor with a staff of 15 certified caretakers and five certified teachers who have passed a complete background check. Each of the daycare employees has a bachelor’s degree within his or her field.
