Be sure to indicate the name of the person you are evaluating at the top of each page next to the phrase, “Person Being Evaluated.” Once you have completed evaluations of all team mates, save this file as a WORD document using the following convention for naming it: “Submission, Yourlastname, Yourfirstname.” A file submitted by Albert Einstein would thus be called:

(the first word in the file’s title should be “Submission”)

[the name “peer.evaluations” was taken, and “evolutions” is more positive anyway]

Tim will re-organize the pages and pass them along to each team member. Although your identity will not be revealed to them, your team mates may be able to figure out who made which comments, so please choose your thoughts and language carefully. Remember: Any comments included are intended to be developmental, which is to say, designed to help people become better students, team mates, managers, people. Your team mates will not be able to hear you if they think you are yelling at them, so, again, be forthright but diplomatic.
