There are a lot of stressors in my life. Most of the things that stress me out are related to money and time management. I have a hard time fitting family time in to my schedule. I get so stressed when I think of all of the things I need to accomplish in a single day. I work; I am a student, a wife, and a mother. All of my titles can be a full time job by themselves. I tend to focus the most on work and school because I have deadlines and due dates for them. I find my-self stressing out and feeling horrible when I rush through my daughters bath time and bed time story because I have something due later that night. I have really been trying not to wait until the last minute to do my work assignments and school assignments. I recently bought a planner and I try to make sure I complete my assignments before they are due so that I will have more time to devote to my family. My husband and I have also reviewed our finances and have decided that I can cut my hours back at work to lessen my load. My husband helps reduces my stress because he understands that I need to focus on school and he always tries to make being a student easier for me. For example, he helps take care of our daughter by putting her to bed if I need to do school work. Using the planner to help make a schedule for my day will help me manage my time and reduce my stress level, but it will take me some time to get use to following the schedule. Reducing the stressors in my life will make me a much happier and healthier mother and wife.
