5. A. Yes, using the word depends can be confusing to the individual taking the test. A better word usage would be maybe. This would allow the individual to have a clearer understanding of the options of answers.

B. The choices for option B are well thought out and easy for an individual to follow. It’s enough choices to give one the option to express how they feel about the question being asked.

C. This option offers too many choices for an individual. Average and fair is basically the same answer but a different usage of words. This word usage could resort in an individual becoming confused and overwhelming and finishing the survey.

D. This option offers a unique method to understanding the individual’s personal feeling concerning the matter. It allows one to answer if the question doesn’t relate to them or if they don’t have the knowledge of the question.

1.A. Purpose serves an important factor in management decision making. Management has to positive and confident of the reason for the information and its source or agenda.

B. Scope allows management to fully understand the issue for making a final decision. It also allows one to research and determine what information that may be missing.

C. While using secondary sources one has to be confident in the quality and credentials of the source. One also needs to option to contact the author or individual to attain additional information.

D. It is extremely important and valid to understand the targeted audience of an article. Based on the targeted audience this could determine how the article is written and how the information is portrayed. The information can also be biased based on the audience.
