Club Dream is newest and hottest night club in the tidewater area. If you are tired of the same, old dried out clubs, this is the spot for you. This will be an upscale venue; holding up to 1200 people. The grown and sophisticated adults are encouraged to attend, and there will be strict dress codes enforced. Unlike current venues, we want to ensure our customers’ safety as a priority. They will be sure to have a great time, and be safe as well. We will also have some of the hottest DJ’s in the area bringing all types of music to bring out different crowds; from rap to R&B, pop, and even rock. Prices will be affordable according to the event that specific night ranging from $15-$25. There will also be several bars in the building where customers can buy liquor for their night out. Promoters are encouraged and will be able to rent the venue for affordable prices, with strict requirements. Our marketing objectives are to become the premiere location for nightlife in Newport News, and the entire Tidewater area and become a well known, popular entity.

There is a need for this kind of service in Newport News, Virginia because there is not a lot of entertainment in the area. With the exception of a few lounges and dangerous clubs, the city can be a very boring area. A resident of Newport News/Hampton has to travel nearly 45 minutes across the bridge to Virginia Beach for decent nightlife fun. The area needs a reliable source of entertainment, where mature adults can enjoy themselves in a safe environment. Club Dream is that place.

There is the need for a strong entertainment presence in the area. People in Newport News/Hampton are tired of traveling 45 minutes- hour on weekends to party, and when they decide to party in the area, have to worry about a party being shot up due to horrible location.
