Moreover, paying for daily needs, such as food, accommodation and education is becoming more difficult, especially for married people with children. It is clear that getting a good salary is still a big priority for people with jobs.

Last but not least, the interesting and varied work is also an important condition for a person to be happy in their job. It is true that people love to working at a company that full of creativity, rewards and laughter. For instances, people will

try to think of themselves as creative and unique to gain more confidence from their manager and having more benefits like vacation time. In short, a stimulating and exciting work will not make people feel bored in their job.
