As a way to combat these unfortunate events, the hospital will have to reassess their on hand employees and reflect on the alteration of them, to give them a chance to contend in today's fiscal environment.

Within the hospital’s building, the use of environmentally friendly material should be used. This can be accomplished firstly in the emergency room, because of the importance of the room and to ensure safety. A special type of ‘paperless’ system needs to be implemented for waste reducing and material preserving. One implementation method would be is to attach a memo onto emails before they are printed out. The memo could say "Please think about the environment prior to printing this e-mail, thank you!" This is a significant piece in the hospital ERP structure and execution of reasons to cut down on the amount of paperwork being used daily. The hospital’s rules and regulations gives equipment tracking, including risk evaluations, staff training to ensure proper usage, equipment repairs agreement, and acquiescence. The hospital has an assortment of departments that are independently accountable for the economical status of equipment, guidance, and all electrical and mechanical equipment repair costs for their section.
