In our world today knowledge and abilities are key words to reach professional goals. Developing knowledge and abilities are important to both professional and personal success in your career today and success will be a result of taking action on your goals. By developing professional knowledge and abilities you will accomplish a variety of tasks and goals that will be a defining factor for a career success. The more you can knowledge in the beginning of your career by studing, researching, going to conferences and working in different areas, you will accomplish specials skills and abilities for your future.

In my line of business today, if you don’t have a college degree, it will be very difficult do get a job. To have a college degree today in the financial market is not a plus anymore is a requirement. A plus is if you have a PhD or a Doctoral diploma, that is a differential, is a ability, is knowledge that others don’t have and you have, because you set your goals and tasks to become a Doctor or PhD. You can have a special skills or a vast client portfolio and may get a position without a degree but you will need to be in the market for along time with a good reputation made by years of trading. But if you are starting your professional career today, it will be very difficult to have a vast client portfolio and special skills. So you have to be competive, you must continue to achieve higher levels of education and knowledge, when you are on the beginning of your career.

By becoming a member of a professional organization or association, you will be able to meet others professionals with more knowledge and abilities that you have and for that reason, you will be able to increase your professional knowledge and abilities, learning from others members with vast experience.
