Singapore culture

Starbucks always emphasis on culture, culture can attract people who are open and curious. However, they will also suffer from conservative and stubborn. When Starbucks will spread "coffee culture" to the world, Also inevitable and different culture in a wide range of global fierce collision.

In Singapore, there is a Multicultural country. So when we set up the Starbucks on the Singapore we must consider more aspect for the culture problem. Firstly, for the local Singapore people that they are living in the international culture. So they willing to try the different thing for the world and because of history of Singapore are effect by the UK culture, people in here is very open. Secondly, Chinese as the second national population in Singapore we must also consider their culture.

The most important thing is characteristics of Chinese culture is very strong. People like to stick to their own culture, for new things is more conservative, even a bit. Chinese people go abroad also keep their own customs, not too into the local culture. But the younger generation of China is very open and willing to accept new things, and Starbucks attract objects is also a small property life of urban white-collar workers, and the pursuit of the success of the business people of western culture. So, Starbucks after landing China in 1999, is developing rapidly. So we can use this point attract the Chinese people. Thirdly, we need to see another country people are India. Indian is also very lot in the Singapore. Indian and Chinese culture, their own culture is also very conservative, don't want to be assimilation, other countries don't accept foreign culture. However, a new generation of Indians had many in Europe and the United States and other western countries education and they are to accept western culture.
