Introduction
The following case-study was made for the company Toyota. It had the purpose of analyzing the problems of the company in the area of France and concerning the Human Resources point of view. This process will be explained in the following chapters. Firstly, we analyzed the company: its history, strategy, vision and goals and the effects of the decisions. We concluded that the choices made regarding human resources have major (and mainly positive) impacts on the company. Employers’ satisfaction is highly correlated with innovation and the good quality of the results obtained. Afterwards, we focused on identifying the problems and its side effects. We found the problem with the assistant manager in the innovation office. Thus, we decided to propose some solutions to solve the situation. Finally, we had some other ideas to continue the improvement and to avoid conflicts. We found possible scenarios that may result in clashes between interests so, we present suggestions for the company to implement.
