Nowadays,career goal going be a guidance to us in this world. A specific career goal is so important that we should take it seriously if you want to get a successful career life. Through the study of marketing, I learnt about the marketing environment, consumer decision making, and customer relationship management. As an ambitious student who majored accounting and finance, a job with enough challenge will be my ideal job. Fund manager is just what I want to be. First, I need to know what my target market is, and what kind of people will be my customer? From my textbook, I understand that how to analyze external environment and internal environment for your job according to the social factors and current economic circumstance. Economic factors for everyone in the financial industry are crucial importance. The economic areas of greatest concern to most marketers are consumer’s incomes, purchasing power, and inflation. In addition, it still has other areas that managers should to concern. Otherwise, consumer decision making is a big problem for a fund manager, because a long time of your career life you seem to will face to lots of decision making for your customers. You must be focused on economic trend and pay attention to the social environment and factors anytime for you customers. You need to understand what their needs and wants. From my textbook, I know how to do an internal information research and how to do an external information research. As we all know, products service always have post purchase, in fact, the knowledge service, like a fund manager, it’s still have post purchase. A perfect financial service or post purchase is involved how many customer you have in the past, and it still affect how many customer you will have in the future. In another word, to know social influence, individual influence, and cultural influence on consumer buying decisions are important for us.
