Ethics Game Simulation
To define and defend my decision in taking the ethics game simulation has proven
what type of “Quality Control Manager I am as having to make ethical decisions in
reassuring that the products in the G-Biosport Company has been sent to other foreign
countries accurately without any problems”. My position in the
company, shows that there are team players that I work with sends me information on
what needs to be worked on concerning these products.
I received “inbox information from the team members that needed to be addressed
such as their been problems with products being contaminated, and what I should do
about this matter”. I addressed this issue such as “sending a
warning about the contaminated products, such as giving refunds back for those products
already been purchased by the consumers, to recalling those back that are with the other
companies for safety reasons”.
This was the first scenario on what I needed to do about the products, and the ethical
decision I made was to whom will I report the problem to besides my opinion on the
decision itself. I choose to report this matter to the “shareholders, director, and other team
managers in the company to help me decide what to do with the contaminated products,
as my results showed the decision should be made up to me and other team managers
only”. I don’t need the main owners to help me with the solution
to the problem it is a minor situation that can be handled easily.
I felt it was my obligation for the owners to know of the situation, but when I received
the results, it stated otherwise, I received great point though. It showed that I didn’t take
a big “risk for the company, throughout taking the simulation, my rights and the
responsibilities was to create for the good with less specific...
