The personality difference of employee and student


Introduction

Have you ever wondered or noticed there are some people who are always surrounded by a group of friends and there are others who sit alone in a corner? This shows these two groups of people have different kind of personalities. Somehow, some people will tend to have a very likable personality but some others will tend to be different which occurred the problem of isolation with people. Generally, a person has his or her own social relationships, family relationships or even professional relationships. To maintain or develop all the relationships is a lifetime homework which takes a plenty of time and efforts and therefore, the personality of a person will be the core of doing so. For example, if a person is too shy to talk when in a group especially in a workplace. People will often perceive that this person has no confidence, low self-esteem and most importantly, the employer will doubt the person working capability. Through the research, we will be able to discover the difference personality of employees and students.

Personality is made up by different kind of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors of a person and there are many definitions of personality in general. For example, “Personality is a visible aspect of one’s character” or “Personality is the typical way in which a person responds to situations or a person’s preferred way of behaving in particular situations.” Apparently, personality can be described in numerous way but one we must agree that personality is individualistic and this makes the uniqueness of everyone.
