To effectively adapt and thrive in today's business world, organizations need to implement effective organizational development interventions (Bridges, 1991). Interventions are aimed at improving organization performance in group and individual levels; these changed are intended to improve the efficiencies and effectiveness in the functioning of the organizations. To achieve effective intervention needs to have valid information, free and informed choice and internal commitment of the organizations, also, it needs to linked with the firm’s vision and focused at the appropriate level of the company. Effective intervention is a mixture of actions; use to transfer competence to manage change to organization members.

There are 4 types of interventions and organizations level: human process, technostructural, human resources management and strategic.

Human process interventions include Process Consultation, Team Building, Third-party Interventions (Conflict Resolution), Organization Confrontation Meeting, Inter-group Relationships and Large-group Interventions.

Process consultation is a method for intervening a running organizational system, is this situation, a skilled third- party interventions to help the group to learn about how to solve problems in organizations. This process helps origination to solve its problems by making them realize the process of organization and this process can be changed; it is to enable the organization to find and fixed its problems by using themselves power.

Techno-structural Interventions:
