2. Our company used is existing core competences in the production of clothes such as marketing and sales, R&D, manufacturing.

3. Our organization’s principal business level strategy is Differentiation. Because differentiation strategy requires the skills for unique products, developed and marketed ahead of competitors Because of the Business-level strategists combine functional core competences to seek environmental opportunities. They choose and manage the domain in which the company uses its core competences for a competitive advantage, which in turn allows the firm to protect and enlarge its domain.

Successfully is the company pursing business level strategy: Our company must develop differentiation strategy to protect and enlarge is domain. We can use skills at differentiation to produce for a teenagers that wants and can afford differentiated products that command higher premium price.

The way need to improve its core competences to improve its competitive position: Our designers need to create new and innovative fashion style for short time. We have to research more for each country what kind of marketing strategy that suitable for that country.

4. The way of the business level strategy and structure in BDC corporation:

In our company we need relaxing, always enjoy and to get fresh idea so organic structure suitable in this condition. Because in organic structure is decentralized structure: people have more freedom to choose and control their own activities and desirable behaviors include being creative or courageous and taking risks. Thus an organic structure is likely to give rise to a culture in which innovation and flexibility are desired and states.
