Egypt

Egypt is located in North Africa that borders the Mediterranean Sea and Red Sea and it includes the Asian Sinai Peninsula. Apart from the Nile River, most of the land in Egypt are deserts. Its geographic coordinates are 27 00 N, 30 00 E (https://www.cia.gov/library/publications/the-world-factbook/geos/eg.html). Egypt is roughly three times larger than the size of Mexico. The land area of Egypt is around 995,450 sq km. Its water area is about 6,000 sq km (https://www.cia.gov/library/publications/the-world-factbook/geos/eg.html). Egypt flag has great meaning to the country. The Egypt flag has three colors red, white, and black, and the national emblem, which is a golden Eagle with a shield on its chest above the scroll with the country’s name on it in Arabic. The black represent oppression, overcome through bloody struggle is the red, and the white represent the a bright future.

Family and Education

The family life is the center of social organization. All Egyptian is expected to get married and produce children in order to continue the famil lineages.
