Executive Summary

The UU Bicycle concept is a motorized bicycle to provide a comfortable ride without using petrol in order to reduce the combustion of poisonous gases that will pollute the environment; therefore it is powered by electrical energy. Since the price of the petroleum keep increasing from time to time, many citizens pays a huge amount of money on just petroleum, therefore by buying this bicycle, they would be saving a lot on petrol. The competitor of UU Bicycle are Bridgestone Assista Polku and Optibike R Series but since the purpose of the bicycle produced are different, there would not be such a huge competiveness among the company. The proposed price of UU Bicycle is estimated at RM12,000. The idea generation techniques that used are mind mapping, attribute listing, lotus blossom and force fitting trigger. Whereas the evaluation technique that been used are Force Field Analysis and Sticking Dots Analysis.
