Dear Director:

I am writing you concerning the purchase of tickets I made on 4 June 2013 in the amount of $850.

On 4 June 2013, I purchased tickets from your company in the amount of $850. This price included a flight leaving my city to arrive in Chicago, IL and then arrive in St. Louis, MO on June 7. It also included a flight leaving St. Louis, MO to arrive in Nashville, TN on June 11. After that there was a flight leaving Nashville, TN to arrive in my city on June 14. The $850 was immediately charged to my debit card. However, the tickets were not the price that was originally given to me and a location was forgotten at first which made me have to pay more than what price I was originally given. When I spoke to one of your company's representatives by phone, I was informed that my original order had been cancelled which I did not do. I paid the extra money because I needed the flight and did not have time to wait.

If the tickets were given to me at one price, I fail to understand why the same price was not used when I called to confirm my tickets. There is no real excuse for this price change than someone not marking my order and saving it. This letter could have been avoided if your employees had been as prompt in asking for my card information as they were in changing the price.

Your company's quickness in helping me and my clients get the tickets we need and at a good price have greatly helped me in the past, and I would like nothing more than a quick solution for my problem so that I may be a customer of yours in the future.

Sincerely,

Encl.: Copies of sales receipt and credit card statement
