Regarding the impact of this trend on management perspective, ‘creativity’ and ‘talent’ are the very common but also ambiguous words being pursued and enthroned by the managers. This essay is going to discuss the ideal human type in the graduate labour market by using three illustrations as well as the idea of ‘fast subject’ from Thrift with his analytical approach, followed by the discussion of controversial issue on management culture and come up with conclusion in the end.
