Due Week 5 (with final revision due in Week 6) and worth 100 points*This assignment is submitted using software called Write Experience. The link to Write Experience is available in the online course shell. Familiarize yourself with this software prior to submitting your assignment.

Write a two to three (2-3) page paper in which you:

1.Identify three (3) challenges a manager faces in motivating her employees today as opposed to 50 years ago. Explain your rationale.

Your assignment must follow these Write Experience formatting requirements:

•Write your response directly into the “My Writing Space” window, or write your response in a word processing program and copy and paste into the “My Writing Space” window.

•If using MS Word, it is recommend you copy and paste into MS Notepad, and then copy and paste again into the Write Experience “ My Writing Space” window. This will help eliminate extraneous formatting characters that can be carried over when pasting directly from MS Word.

•Before submitting your response, ensure it is formatted to New Times Roman font (size) 12 pt.

•Determine how best to apply motivational theories to improve work behavior and performance.

•Use technology and information resources to research issues in organizational behavior and leadership.
