People ask the difference between a leader and a boss. The leader works in the open, and the boss is covered. The leader leads, and the boss drives.

Good Afternoon, Rev. Father Rector, Rev. Fr. Motilal, respected Teachers and all my enthusiastic Bosconians.

On behalf of all the office bearers, I would like to say that we are indeed privileged and honoured to be here, chosen as leaders. We would try our best to live up to your expectations.

When a person becomes a leader, he becomes the property of the society he leads. Leaders do sometimes make mistakes. But it is on the part of the society to help rectify them. Hence, we would like your kind cooperation and support so that we are corrected when we err.

The job of an office bearer is not just about having a badge .This job demands time, effort, gusto and to top it all the ability to lead.

Now that we are given the responsibilities, our sole purpose of being the leader would be to bring a change, a positive one, in the world around us so that we can live up to our values.

To my fellow batch holders, I would like to say that “The worst thing in our development as a leader would not be to do wrong but doing it for the wrong reasons.”

Finally, I would like to thank Fr. Rector, Bro. Jose, Fr. Motilal, our Teacher, the support staff and all of you my friends for placing the trust in us and we promise to do our duties to the best of our abilities. Above all I would like to thank God so that He may be a constant support and guide in our way to success.

Thankyou.!
