CHAPTER FOUR
ANALYSIS AND DISCUSSION OF FINDINGS FROM THE RESEASRCH
4.1 INTRODUCTION
This chapter deals with the analysis of data collected for the purpose of the research.
In all, two different sets of questionnaires were administered including a few interviews that were conducted based on the questionnaires.
The questionnaires were served to the following categories of persons: bankers and insurers. Ten out of the 25 questionnaires given to bankers were returned. Out of the 20 questionnaires given to insurers, 10 were returned.
4.2 BIO DATA DISTRIBUTION FOR THE BANK
The sample is attributable to the 15 respondents that attempted the questionnaires.

From the age distribution table above, it can be seen that a chunk of the respondents are in the ages between 18 and 49 years. By this, the researchers expect their responses to be more accurate and void of any bias. Exhibition of their youthful exuberances is also expected.

With reference to table 4.2(c), it is expected that the responses received be more accurate because most of them have higher education.
4.2.2 BODY DATA
The questionnaires for bankers were served to individuals in the Haatso branch of Barclays Bank Ghana Ltd and were intended to inform us about the attitude of customers towards this product, advantages they are earning and problems they are encountering. Other questions that were also relevant in realizing our objectives were also asked. Some of which included the imbalance in the financial sector favoring the banks and their...
