Executive Goals
The goal of our executive staff is to double our sales over the next year. They will be hiring new staff to help us in this endeavor. We will be restructuring our current staff to get the maximum productive for our company. Our managers will be overseeing the work and making the necessary changes. We will all have to work as a team to accomplish this goal but know that this is a task we can reach.

Operation and Production
Operation and Production is going to be the backbone of our company. It will be our responsibility to produce the needed inventory for our company to sell. We will be getting 18 new employees and be running six production lines three shifts a day. While we will have limited tools at our disposal we will restructure and make the necessary changes to ensure that we will be able to meet the company’s goals.
