We all know that we have many organizations that are establish in our society. And all these organizations have their structural and political environment that affects their operations. However some organizations have their different prospective to achieve their goals. An organization is just like a person that in his life culture has a great impact to his values, attitudes, behavior and performance as a human. Organizations may face adversity in their structure, behavior of their members and to their environment but I think in some cases, Organizations are focuses only on their income. They were insensitive to their employees and this which may result to incompetence of their work and decreased in their productivity. How the influence of culture was may affect the values, attitudes, behavior and performance of the organizations and their structural and political environment?

I see that, organizational culture is the collective behavior of humans who are part of an organization. The people attach to their actions. So as a student, I know that culture is traditions, norms, beliefs, and practices that are part of growing up. However in organizations, it is also the pattern of such collective behaviors and assumptions that are taught to new organizational members as a way of perceiving and even thinking and feeling. Organizational culture affects the way people and groups interact with each other, with clients and with stake holders.
