Project Scope Statement:

UnTaggable will be an LLC business. We are looking to license our company in the City of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Our company will solely offer graffiti removal services using a negative jet 100% eco-friendly machine called the Tornado ACS (Advanced Cleaning System) and we will offer protective wall covering services making it an easier removal for subsequent subtractions. The company’s primary goal is to establish a premier graffiti removal cleaning and coating service in the Philadelphia and surrounding metro areas (both a business & community-related project).

Businesses like, shopping malls, insurance companies, property managers, grocery stores, as well as other organizations and municipalities maintaining places such as parks and schools are plagued by graffiti and spend billions of dollars yearly to rid themselves of it. We plan to target this market because unfortunately graffiti removal businesses are non-existent in Philadelphia, and the traditional graffiti removal methods are both expensive and unsafe. They use millions of gallons of water and toxic chemicals, which leads to environmental damage and health risks for the worker/operator, but it can also damage the painted or marked surface of the structure itself, leading to additional costs in replacements and repairs. Instead of paying the high costs of removing graffiti many companies opt to “paint over” the markings, taking away from the astatic beauty of the building as well as wasting hundreds of dollars on painting supplies.
