The island of Kava has obstacles to still conquer and Wal-Mart needs to work with the government of Kava to cover the right actions in the improvement efforts. Wal-Mart is devoted to rebuild Kava and will become a key shareholder in the hard work and work with the officials on the rebuilding plan. The plan will spot out certain problem areas; supply an outlet for improvement, and practical advice mechanisms against future natural disasters. This effort requires widespread problem recognition to successfully rebuild Kava to obey the safety standards. Kava faces many new challenges and decisions. In this paper I will discuss the decision-making technique Wal-Mart will use, an analysis of the specific steps, and solutions to the problem and its impact.
Decision-Making Technique

The basic steps to the decision making tree are brainstorming, prioritizing, draw circles, lines leading, draw circles, and continue with lines. With Kava we can brainstorm of a way to rebuild the organization. Once we have come up with the idea we can start to prioritizing the ideas. Depending on the kind of decision we are making, we could prioritize the variables chronologically, by order of importance,...
