Computer Software 2
Abstract
First of all, application software is a defined subclass of computer software that employs the capabilities of a computer directly to a task that the end user wishes to perform. For example, typical software applications are word processors, spreadsheets, and media players. Second, application design allows the designer to create custom programs. Creating a program from scratch demands that you make a layout of how the program will work and how the interface (graphical or not) will interact harmoniously with the functions you write and call. Finally, software design is a process of problem solving and planning for a software solution. After the purpose and specifications of software are determined, software developers will design or employ designers to develop a plan for a solution.
