This week reading was about how teachers and student's diversity inside the classroom. Diversity begins with learning, having discussed with the teacher, known how to communicate with their classmates and teachers and teaching students on their level of learning. Furthermore, teacher who uses cooperative learning has a great way of plan to use diversity in the classroom (Suazina & Douvre 1993). Students who learn diverse will learn how to come together; they would “shared leadership, shared interdependence; social skills directly taught, etc.(Suazina & Douver 1993) when you find students that have a structure inside the classroom that means a lot from the teacher has done a very good job in manage his/her or her or her or her classroom, by setting rule for the students to fellow then, if a teacher can’t management his/her or her or her or her classroom, it would affect the learning of the students and the teacher's ability to teach their students.

How I would manage my classroom by having respect for my student, self-confidence, setting rules, going over the learning material, making sure the student has an understanding of the assignment that is giving to them. Helping the student who still having a problem, communicate, etc. before my students come into the classroom, I would have a meeting with the parents, and students give them a tour of the classroom. This way, they will be familiar with the classroom and know where they will be sitting inside the classroom. Furthermore, students will be cooperative in the learning they will learn how to work together, develop social skills, high academic scores. All of this will take place just by me knowing how to manage my classroom with positive skills.
