At this time, direct competition is not considered to be a threat in the Southern California area. Attractive merchandise displays add to the appeal and store hours peaked at 88.57% satisfaction (Apollo, 2011, Market Surveys). A positive first impression will create built-in word of mouth advertising to enhance prosperity.
The survey weak spot remains the same in the category of merchandise sold is a good value for the money according to both annual surveys.
