In current society, culture, such as, arts, language customs, traditional music and technology, is a symbol of a country's traditions and beliefs. Cultural identity is crucial for not only people's wellbeing but also a nation's identity. Creativity which is playing a vital role in a nation's culture might be used in the 21st Century. Some people assert that creativity can undermine and renew a nation's cultural identity, while others argue that creativity has a positive effect on cultural identity. Whether it is a blessing or a curse has been discussed by the humanity around the world. The majority think that cultural identity can be enhanced by creativity, particularly in music and technology innovation. In terms of individual's reaction, it is conceivable that creative thinking will have an enormously influence on a country's cultural identity. Creativity is creative thinking that is used by humans to generate new ideas or new possibilities, which will probably be useful in resolving problems, communicating with others. This essay will argue that creativity enriches cultural identity. This is because firstly, creativity, especially in musical creativity enhances the development of a nation's traditional culture. Secondly, creative technology can bring some benefits to a country's cultural identity.

Musical creativity improves the growth of a country's traditional culture. Many of creative thinking have an instant impact on a nation's cultural identity. Firstly, a nation's traditional culture can be spread out and be recognized by using particular new ideas. According to Kirilov (2010, p113), "some of the new instruments were equipped with fingerboards derived from the western violin. The forms and sizes of all of the instruments were reshaped and standardized. Tunings, also were modified and regularized."
