The maintenance and usage of jaw crusher

1.Begin to throw the material after running well .

2.In order to prevent load mutation or unilateral spurt, the crushing materials should be evenly fed into the crushing cavity and avoid the side feeding.

3.In the normal condition, the bearing temperature should not exceed 30 ℃and the highest temperature should not exceed 70 ℃, otherwise the machine should be stopped immediately and the operators should find out the reason to be eliminated.

4. The operator should stop charging first before the machine stoping, and shut off the motor after the broken materials in cavity are completely empty.

5. When in use, if it is stopped because of the materials obstruction in crushing cavity, operators should shut off the motor immediately and use it again after materials being removed.

6, U-turn use if jaw plate end is worn dowm.

The lubrication of jaw crusher

1. Pay attention to do the friction surface lubrication work in time regularly, which can not only ensure the machine is in normal operation but also extend its service life.

2.When adopting the lubricating grease,operators should determine according to using location, temperature and other conditions and in general can use calcium, sodium or calcium sodium grease.

3.The lubricating grease added to bearing seat shoulg be for 40-70% of its volume and must be replaced every three months;When changing new oil operators must use clean gasoline or kerosene to clean the dirt inside the bearing and the bearing seat

4.Must add grease to the area where ancon plate fits to gasket before the machine starting.
