1) Starbucks’ key factors for success for build brand are;

Having strong partnerships, Be Unique, Investing ahead of the growth rate, Innovation, and investment in Starbucks infrastructure and process efficiency were equally as crucial to build the brand.

Brand values of Starbucks;

Quality first priorty, Premium Europian coffee experiance to USA , Value simplicity over technology, Investing in Innovation, Emplooyes as “Partners” the most important asset.

Starbucks’ sources of equity are ;

Established Brand Knowledge, Brand Awareness and Brand Image.

2) The most important factors in the growth of Starbucks are innovation, training employees and be team with all staff. On the other hand, Starbucks gave franchaise for expansion world-wide. But each of new markets had its own strategis purpose for the company’s market expansion program. They overcome the cross-cultural appeal very good. I think Starbucks grow strategy is effective.

Starbucks has the powerfull and strongest partnerships. All of them are prominent companys in their sector. They can help the Starbucks to reach new consumers. I think all of partnerships are good.

4- If the Starbucks move into non-coffee areas, the company gone too far in creating a “lifestyle” brand. Because Starbucks lost uniqueness. Starbucks can harm to brand identity and core value with this change.

5) Yes, i agree with Starbucks’s international expansion. I like the company’s aggrasive expansion plan. The company must continue its aggrasive expansion. I think the competition environment required aggressive expansion.

6) Dunkin’ Donuts is the world largest coffee and baked goods chains represents the biggest threat to Starbucks. Yes, some chains like McDonald’s that are expanding their coffee quality.
