Human Resource Management Overview

This essay has been presented to describe about the Human Resources Management overview, first giving a brief definition on what human resource management focus on, what is the principal function of the human resource management and what is the role in an organization’s strategic plan. human resource management is an essential division to any business, exist many areas that be dependent on the people who work in this field, however working in this field takes a lot of time and commitment, and willing to work as a team not only as an individual employee.

First, human resource management is a group of individuals who focus on recruiting process within a company, providing guidelines and information to the current employees, and new recruiters. HRM is responsible to resolve work issues related to employees, for example; compensation, hiring, management and general operational system performance as well as company development, safety, wellness, employees benefits, motivation, communication, and training (De Cenzo, D., & Robbins, S.2007).

The role of the human resource is to maximize the productivity of a company while encouraging employees and by following; company guidelines to maximize the company production creating an outstanding environment inside the organization. In addition, HRM role is to manage decisions and actions that have a significant impact and affect the nature of the relationship among the company and its employees.

The HRM occasionally executed by the line of managers from their organizations, and provide a wide-ranging and strategic approach of managing the workplace environment and culture and employees.
